Approx how far is it from the car park to the falls? Would like to take our kids (aged 8 and 5) for a picnic and a swim. We won’t do the entire walk but would like to visit the falls. How far or difficult is the walk to the pools? Thank you
A:
Sorry about the spelling, my keyboard predictive text does that sometimes.
Q:
My sister has a disability and can't walk too far. Is the walk to the falls fairly manageable if done with a walking stick?
A:
Go to Mary Cairnccross Scenic reserve instead. Excellent visitors centre, mainly flat short walking trail and lovely scenic views.
Q:
Can you hike part of the trail to the falls & turn back or is the trail one way?
A:
There are shorter and longer trail versions. No it is not one way - there is a loop but your choice as to which route to take.
Q:
Are leashed dogs allowed?
A:
No they are not
