Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care, we are proud to also offer a secured Alzheimer's and dementia care unit. Our facility provides complimentary transportation to and from doctor visits and other necessary appointments and our in-house rehabilitation and nursing teams create individualized, goal-oriented care plans for each resident and patient.
