Jan 29, 2021 · Showing the red mask overlay is pointless here, it will still be masked out and invisible. For this to work as you expect, you need underlying layers showing the full image. For simplicity in this case, just duplicate your layer and leave the bottom one unmasked.

Apr 5, 2019 · Now there is a "Customize" Category under the Tools Tab. Select 'Create Custom Tools'. Find Comment and then OVAL and add that OVAL Tool then hit 'Save'. A New OVAL button will appear on the right side of the PDF along with all the other tool buttons. Select it and then select the Circle icon on the top of the page.
