McCone County Health Center is a Critical Access Hospital (CAH). Licensed as a 25 Swing Bed CAH, meaning we are able to provide either acute or skilled nursing facility care as needed to our rural patients.

Penny worked as a Locum provider in Circle off and on for several years before becoming an employee of McCone County Health Center in 2017. Penny works at the Clinic in Circle one week out of each month since she retired from Glendive Medical Center 2 1/2 years ago.

Patti Wittkopp, PA - C has served McCone County and its community for 47 years. She came to McCone as a graduate nurse in 1977 and has been practicing as a Physician Assistant for the past 34 years.
